Can I buy wigs online?

You can, but with hundreds of styles, sizes and colours available it is always best to try on several to get what is best for you. That’s why I always keep a stock on hand at my salon and reference that with the whole collection. If the one you choose is not in my collection, it will be delivered within 3 days. If you are not happy with the delivered wig you can still return it at no charge provided you have kept the packaging and not altered the wig.

What is better, human or synthetic wigs?

Synthetic wigs look great, are easy to maintain, cheaper and when cared for properly will keep their style. I generally recommend synthetic for this reason. Some people prefer human hair and thats ok I have plenty to choose from.

Can I have my wig cut and styled?

You can. Generally, synthetic wigs have a style that holds and any alterations should be minor. That is, if you choose a wig but want to change the style with a cut, its probably better to choose a different style. Once you have cut a wig we can’t return the wig.

How long will a wig last and hold its shape?

A wig that is cared for properly will have that fresh look for about 6 to 12 months.

Can I buy after care products?

Yes, I keep a stock of shampoo and conditioners recommended by the manufacturer. You are also welcome to drop into my salon at anytime and have a free wig wash.

How much is a home visit ?

I can do home visits on the Central Coast NSW and generally charge the fit and cut fee of $70 up front to cover the travel.
